After decades of his glorious service in the Indian Army, Late Col. IP Goindi retired and founded MSB Security Agency, an ambitious venture, based on his uncompromising principles of integrity and excellence.
He was a true soldier, a passionate entrepreneur, a good paymaster and a dynamic individual who believed in hard work and discipline. He had a progressive thought process and was truly altruistic in manner and character. He was committed to his work, and his company holds an unblemished record till date.

Bonica Sethi, daughter of the founder took over the company in the year 2021. However, she has been associated with the company right from the beginning and has played a crucial role in the business development. She handles all existing and prospective clients as their first touch point. Her philosophy and values are to be committed to providing top-notch security and housekeeping solutions to clients.
Bonica, completed her Hotel Management program at the National Council for Hotel Management, Catering Technology and Applied Nutrition, Kolkata IHMCTAN Kolkata in 1996-99. Additionally, she earned an MBA in Marketing Management from Symbiosis Institute, Pune, where she graduated with distinction.
She has had the privilege of working in the hospitality industry for several years, gaining invaluable experience with some of the finest international hotel brands such as Taj (IHCL), Hyatt, and Le Meridien. She has also had the opportunity to work in Canada with Le Royal Meridien King Edward in Toronto, a unique 120-year-old heritage hotel with over 300 rooms.
